You will be taken seriously and can openly discuss anything in your sessions. A counsellor will work alongside you enabling you to accomplish any changes you are capable of making. You will do most of the talking – being able to offload can bring instant relief for a lot of people.

Sometimes you may experience painful feelings before you start to feel better.
